Quidditch Director
If you have taken part in EngSoc quidditch, then you have Emma Cooper to thank. Emma has done a fantastic job organizing the quidditch events for EngSoc. She has managed to coordinate with the official Waterloo quidditch team in order to have proper equipment, coaching and other necessary resources at events.
Emma’s contributions to Waterloo Engineering go far beyond her quidditch directorship though. She has taken the initiative to help get both the Systems Design and Biomedical Engineering first year students more involved in EngSoc events. Emma is extremely dedicated to building a strong EngSoc presence in the 2018 and 2019 classes because their involvement will lead to a much stronger Engineering Society in the future.
*Each week the Engineering Society Carebear Directors will acknowledge one director or volunteer for their outstanding commitment to their position. This person will be chosen based on nominations from the Executive, Commissioners and fellow Directors. We would also like to take the time to thank each and every one of our volunteers for their dedication and contributions to the Society.
