Council meeting 4 is happening on November 16th! At this meeting, we will be discussing and voting on various constitutional changes. As per our governing documents, these changes need to be publicly available a month in advance. The following motions will be discussed, along with any other agenda items submitted to speaker.a@engsoc.uwaterloo.ca.
