Reopened: CONGRESS 2017 – CONFERENCE APPLICATION – JAN 2-8

Attention Waterloo Engineering Students!

Applications for Congress 2017 are now open! This week-long conference put on by the Canadian Federation of Engineering Students (CFES) and hosted by Western University in London, ON will take place from January 2nd – 8th.

The theme of the conference is “The Entrepreneur Engineer” and Congress 2017 aims to highlight innovation, resourcefulness, multidisciplinary thinking and other skills crucial to entrepreneurship, and impart these skills in the delegates in attendance. While the theme may seem tailored to those who are interested in starting their own venture, the organizers believe that anyone can benefit from an entrepreneurial mindset. This is a fantastic opportunity to network with engineering students from across the country, develop your leadership skills and help bring new initiatives back to our own Engineering Society!

Updated: Applications will be open here until November 7th at 11:59pm:
