Description

Innovative Psychotherapy to Meet Your Needs - I am passionate about working with you to address your concerns in the way that fits best for you. I specialize in working with people dealing with past abuse issues or other trauma, illness, disability, mental health concerns or other exceptional needs, caregiving (including young carers), bereavement, parenting, postpartum mood disorders, and issues about gender identity (individuals or family members).

Rosie, Therapy Dog in Training - Rosie is a Barbet (French Water Dog) who is in training to work at Hope for Families Counselling Centre. She is available to attend most therapy sessions.

Partnering with the Psychotherapy Matters Virtual Clinic, we can access a Psychiatrist together through teleconference sessions for assessments, medication evaluations and follow up appointments if needed. This provides faster access to psychiatric services and better care coordination. The fees for the Psychiatrist are covered through OHIP.

There is free parking out front and our office is wheelchair accessible.
