This is a notice that the Term General Meeting will be held on Monday the 23rd of March at 5:30pm. Each On-Term member of the Engineering Society is eligible to vote at this meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you are able to proxy your vote to another On-Term member, provided that each member only holds at most their own vote plus one (1) proxy vote. To proxy your vote, please contact speaker.b@engsoc.uwaterloo.ca prior to the start of the meeting.
Any items that are wished to be added to the agenda by the membership must be sent to speaker.b@engsoc.uwaterloo.ca before the end of the day on Sunday March 8th. The agenda for the meeting will be available on Monday March 9th.
