Motions
A list of proposed constitutional changes can be found here. These include: increasing the EngSoc fee according to inflation, increasing Engineering Capital Improvement Fund allocation for the winter term, defining the responsibilities of the Board of Directors, and allowing candidates who fail to be elected President to run for Vice-President.

Council Review Committee Report
The Council Review Committee has put together a document outlining proposed changes to the structure of council. It can be found here.

Proposed changes include: a smaller council (with year and program representatives instead of class representatives), longer terms of representation, and limiting speaking rights in council to representatives only. It is recommended that you read through the report prior to attending the meeting.
