Countdown is on with our Joint Annual General Meeting (JAGM) only being two weeks away!! Keep reading for more information regarding this year’s meeting.
Our Joint Annual General Meeting is still planned for 10am on Sunday March 29th, 2020 with check-in starting at 9:30am.
The agenda for this year’s meeting along with all supporting documents are now publicly available online in this JAGM folder.
Based on the newly released information on COVID-19, efforts are being made to move most of the meeting to an online format. The option to attend in person is currently still available however, in person attendance will be limited based on restrictions put forward by the University.
If you plan to attend the meeting either in person or online please fill out this registration form.
If you would like to proxy your vote to someone else please also fill out the same registration form. A proxy form is used by those members who are unable to attend the meeting but would still like their vote or opinion heard, filling out a proxy allows someone else to vote on your behalf at JAGM.
Registration in advance of the meeting is necessary so that we can keep you updated with important information for the meeting, handle proxy forms, and make sure that everyone has access to the right documentation.
